Ingredients
- 2 eggs (112 g), boiled
- 1/4 of lime, juiced (approx. ½ Tablespoon or 8 ml lime juice)
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) of garlic puree (or finely minced garlic)
- ½ teaspoon (1 g) of paprika
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Peel the boiled eggs. Then slice them in half lengthwise and transfer the egg yolks to a medium bowl using a spoon. Set aside the egg whites.
- Mash the egg yolks, add the remaining ingredients, and stir until well combined.
- Spoon the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and serve.
