One of The Bachelor Australia’s most-beloved couple’s Sam and Snezana Wood are about to put their lavish Victorian era Elsternwick house on the market.
The Woods have decided to part ways with their Elsternwick residence, raising their four children Eve, Willow, Charlie and Harper at the home.
Sam Wood is now known for his famed for his fitness ventures, and entrepreneur Snezana captured hearts on The Bachelor Australia’s 2015 season.

In 2022, Sam sold his online fitness subscription business, 28 by Sam Wood, for $82m to local Melbourne wellness business myDNA.
Since purchasing it, the couple have modernised it extensively while preserving its timeless facade.
Whitefox’s Lana Samuels posted a video to her almost 10,000 followers on Instagram, calling the home “the one”.
Sam and Snezana purchased the home in 2018 for $3.31m, with The 2015 Bachelor sharing the video on his Instagram account.
When the couple purchased the home five years ago, the 1900-era property had five-bedrooms and three-bathrooms.
The couple are understood to have undertaken extensive renovations, with Samuels’ preview video showing dark parquetry flooring, high ceilings, and steel frame windows.
With the assistance of renowned architectural firm Castley McCrimmon, the Woods infused “contemporary elegance” into the heritage structure.
Online comments suggest the home is attracting significant interest in the market, with The Block judge Marty Fox sharing photos with Sam Wood on the social media platform.
Fans have taken to Instagram with excitement with one exclaiming “I’ll give it 48 hours to sell” and another “I’m ready … I just wish my budget was.”
The exact price guide and official listing date however remains under wraps.
