Potato king and entrepreneur Jason Scher has listed his Hawthorn East house featuring modern Scandi-style interiors with a $2.7m-$2.9m price guide.
In 2013, Mr Scher co-founded Voost Vitamins, then less than a decade later sold it to industry giant Proctor & Gamble.

Since then, Mr Scher has launched the frozen food business Potato Utopia, which has products sold in Woolworths supermarkets.
Another of his ventures is the Destination Italy brand of pizzas and gelatos stocked by Coles.
Kay & Burton director Grant Samuel said Mr Scher was selling his five-bedroom home at 3 Deanlea Court with plans to upsize.
“It’s a beautifully-renovated home, in terms of entertaining and living it offers fantastic scope for families,” Mr Samuel said.
The renovation, completed about eight years ago, saw the property upgraded with interiors by the Hawthorn-based designers Studio Doherty.
“I really love that contemporary Scandi-style there they have gone with through the renovation,” Mr Samuel said.
Known for its minimalism and use of natural materials, Scandi style embraces practicality and often uses light and neutral colours.
The abode’s main living zone boasts polished concrete floors and a Heat & Glo gas fireplace, and opens on to a wraparound deck.
A stone-topped island bench, 90cm five-burner gas hob, two Neff ovens and a butler’s pantry take centre stage in the kitchen.
On the ground floor, the main bedroom suite offers a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite consisting of a double vanity, shower with a rainfall head and mirrored cabinetry.
Upstairs, there’s three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fourth study and bedroom with
a built-in desk and shelving.
Other highlights include a powder room, laundry with a drying space and a garage.
The house is close to Bialik College, Scotch College, Auburn High School and Lauriston Girls’ School plus Auburn Rd and Camberwell Junction’s shops and cafes, public transport, Tooronga Village and Anderson Park.
Mr Samuel said the nearby schools were a huge attraction for many buyers including locals and overseas-based purchasers.
The home will be auctioned on May 25.
