Airbnb is offering fans of X-Men ’97 a unique experience: the chance to crash at the X-Mansion. A 2D animated recreation of the X-Mansion is accepting booking requests now.
Airbnb’s X-Mansion is run by super host and X-Men ’97 star Jubilee and can host up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, with the property having five beds and 2.5 baths. The immersive experience sees Jubilee opening the doors of the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning and allowing guests to become “mutants” in training and go through student orientation. Requests to book the X-Mansion are available now through May 14, with stays taking place in June. Starting May 9, Airbnb is also allowing additional guests to book a “two-hour day trip X-Men experience” at the X-Mansion.

As part of the experience of staying at the X-Mansion, guests who book a night there will have the opportunity to go through many unique X-Men related experiences on the property. Jubilee leads a student orientation video, while Beast’s lab allows the students to concoct experiences. Guests can “train like an X-Man” in the Danger Room and take a stop in the iconic War Room for team briefings while trying on Cerebro. Bedrooms include Jubilee’s room straight out of the ‘90s, Wolverine’s room from the Disney+ series, Beast’s lab and a new recruits’ dorm room.
X-Mansion is Part of Airbnb’s New Icons Experiences
In their 2024 Summer Release, Airbnb announced other iconic once-in-a-lifetime experiences for fans with ‘Icons’, a new category that features extraordinary experiences in the world of music, film, arts, sports and beyond. The first 11 Icons were revealed today, with the company promising more to drop every other week.

Among the first Icons to be revealed alongside the X-Mansion were Disney/Pixar’s iconic house from Up, Prince’s Purple Rain house and Inside Out 2‘s Headquarters. Other unique experiences include spending a night in the Ferrari Museum, going inside Kevin Hart’s members-only Coramino Live Lounge and a living room session with Doja Cat.
Airbnb’s X-Mansion is available for booking requests now, with separate day trip experiences being available for booking from May 9.
