Doctor Curt Connors, better known as the Lizard, first appeared all the way back in 1963’s Amazing Spider-Man #6 by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Once a brilliant surgeon and scientist, Connors lost his arm working as a field medic for the United States Army. Upon his return, he began experimenting with gene therapies that revolved around reptilian DNA. After injecting himself with the serum he created, Connors’ arm miraculously grew back, though this development was undercut by his eventual transformation into the menacing Lizard.
The current Lizard made its first appearance in the pages of 2021’s Amazing Spider-Man #70 by writer Nick Spencer and artist Federico Vicentini. Though this Lizard is not Curt Connors, it is indeed the very same Lizard that he used to be. It was Doctor Octopus who, using a device created by Connors, split the two halves of his being into distinct entities, giving the former villain a chance to return to relative normalcy while at the same time providing Doc Ock with a final key member for his then recently reformed Sinister Six.
Doctor Doom’s Dark Future is Being Rewritten by One of His Greatest Enemies

When Blood Hunt kicked off, New York City and the rest of the world have been overrun by the vampires of the Marvel Universe. These vampires have been called to action by none other than Blade, Marvel’s Daywalker and premier vampire slayer, who was corrupted after facing off against the living embodiment of evil known as the Adana. Following Adana’s defeat, Blade secretly amassed an army of vampires under his thrall, including a group of superpowered vampires who have already proven their mettle by gruesomely dismantling Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.

Spider-Man
Since his first appearance in 1962, Spider-Man has almost always been Marvel Comics’ most popular character. Known for his sense of humor and bad luck as well as his selflessness and super-strength, Spider-Man has helmed countless titles over the years, Spider-Man’s most prominent comics include The Amazing Spider-Man, Web of Spider-Man, and Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man.
Peter Parker was the original Spider-Man but the Spider-Verse has become an important part of the character’s lore in recent years. Multiversal and future Spider-Men include Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen, Miguel O’Hara and Peter Porker, the Spectacular Spider-Ham. This provided the premise for the popular Spider-Verse film trilogy, which makes Miles its primary hero.
Spider-Man is also the basis of several live-action film franchises and numerous animated television series. He is one of the most recognizable characters in the world. While he’s changed a lot over the decades, Steve Ditko and Stan Lee gave the world an unforgettable hero when they created Spider-Man.
