The Department of Cannabis Control’s Cannabis Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
The CAC is established in statute to advise the Department on the development of standards, best practices, and regulations that protect public health and safety and advance a safer, sustainable, equitable, and well-regulated cannabis market.
Members will be updated on implementation of SB 540 (Laird, 2023) and will be provided an overview of proposed changes to laboratory testing regulations.
The Department looks forward to a robust conversation and public input to support meaningful regulatory updates that benefit all Californians.
