A Nigerian doctor has raised alarm after a patient who was attacked inside a hotel in the Gwarimpa area in Abuja was rushed to his hospital with severe injuries on Thursday night, May 23. 

 

In the post shared on X, the Nigerian doctor @Princeujay claimed some assailants invaded the hotel located in 1st Avenue in Gwarimpa and attacked the hotel guests. He claimed that every visitor in the hotel was robbed, stabbed and left with severe injuries. 

 

He shared a photo of a victim who was rushed to his hospital. According to him, the victim had come into the FCT for a visa appointment.

 

‘’Sadly, Abuja is not safe anymore

A particular Hotel in 1st Avenue Gwarimpa Abuja was attacked last night.

Every visitor in that hotel was robbed, stabbed, and severely injured.

This particular patient came into Abuja for his visa interview fortunately survived and is currently battling for his life in A&E unit.” he wrote

The FCT police command is yet to comment on this development.
