A surprising link to two alpacas who have been chosen as ambassadors for the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto.
Bringing Agriculture to Life, One Alpaca at a Time
When Derek Stoltz joined the RLB Team as a principal in 2023, he shared that he and his spouse Lindsay owned an alpaca farm.
All in Alpacas is not only a picturesque farm; it’s a labor of love for the entire Stoltz family. From hands-on farmwork to caring for animals, this side of Dereks’s life reflects a shared passion in our team—a commitment to agriculture.
What the Royal Fair Ambassadorship Means
The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is one of Canada’s most cherished events, bringing people together to celebrate everything from livestock and local food to the incredible stories behind the country’s farms. All In Alpaca’s “Dawson” & “Pacey” being chosen as the fair’s official ambassadors means these alpacas represented their breed and the spirit of small-scale farming for the thousands of visitors who passed through the Fair’s gates. It’s a wonderful chance for everyone to see what makes agriculture—and alpacas—so special.
Balancing Passions with Profession

Dawson & Pacey’s Big Adventure
Being the official ambassadors of The Fair is a pretty big job! Dawson & Pacey took their roles seriously and left their home in Rockwood, heading to the big city of Toronto. They’ve quickly become seasoned professionals and have been fan favourites as they tackle the press circut on news programs such as CP24 and Global News. They took a trip on the Go Train, and even braved the CN Tower.
Join us in celebrating this exciting milestone for Derek, Lindsay, their family and of course, Dawson & Pacey! We’re cheering them on and have been following their journey as they represent both the farm and the broader agricultural community at the Royal Agricultural Fair this season!
