Netflix Unwraps Exciting New Anime Series and Movie Lineup at Anime Expo


Netflix offered a sneak peek at some of the new animated TV series and features it will be streaming in 2025 at the  Anime Expo in Los Angeles this weekend.

One day, Rintaro Tsumugi, a student at Chidori with a fierce appearance but a gentle heart, is assisting at his family’s patisserie when he meets a customer named Kaoruko Waguri. Rintaro cherishes his interactions with Kaoruko, as she doesn’t judge him based on his looks. However, their connection is abruptly shaken when Rintaro discovers that Kaoruko is a student at Kikyo.
