An WFXG production employee is facing allegations he solicited child porn online while posing as a young female.
Alejandro Booher, 23, of Evans, Georgia was charged with eight indictments for violation of the Child Exploitation and Prevention Act.
According to Grovetown Police Chief Jamey Kitchens, Booher was utilizing an app to obtain child sexual abuse material. Officers later found out that Booher was “portraying himself to be a young female in online chat forums, while also soliciting other males” for child porn.
“During several of these chats, Mr. Booher made specific requests for videos containing children, to include infants,” Chief Kitchens wrote in a press release.
Fox54 said it has been working alongside local law enforcement for several weeks during the investigation.
