KENS Anchor Phil Anaya Leaving San Antonio Station After 14 Years
KENS anchor Phil Anaya is leaving the San Antonio CBS affiliate after 14 years.
In a social media post announcing the news, Anaya said the move was “truly bittersweet” because he loves journalism and his family.
“So what’s next? Aside from spending more time with my family on the weekends, I’ve also reignited a passion of mine in soccer,” he wrote. “In addition to coaching my kids, many young players have quickly come to know me as ‘Coach Phil’ as I help them develop their skills.”
