About the Role
We are seeking Legal Research and Drafting Interns to join our dynamic team. Interns will have the unique opportunity to delve into the intricacies of criminal law, gaining hands-on experience in drafting pleadings and participating in litigation before various courts in Delhi, including the High Court and Supreme Court.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on criminal law and economic offences.
- Draft pleadings and legal documents.
- Assist in litigation processes before various courts in Delhi.
- Gain exposure to criminal trials and understand the nuances of criminal law.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their 2nd year or above (3-year or 5-year course).
- Strong interest in criminal law and economic offences.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
Number of Vacancies
3-5 positions available.
Stipend
Stipend based on performance.
