About the Moot Court Competition Format

The competition aspires to establish a premier mooting platform in the national circuit, from Kolkata. This year’s theme is centered around 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯𝟰 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁, 𝟭𝟵𝟵𝟲, focusing on the “𝘴𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘦”. The issue presents a critical area of legal discourse and remains relatively underexplored in moot court competitions.

The competition aspires to offer participants a unique platform that blends courtroom advocacy with the principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), promising a challenging and intellectually enriching mooting experience.
