Among the 85 year 12 students who participated was Cynara Yates, the only girl to totally shave her hair, and someone not phased at all by rocking her new look at the school formal. She intends for her locks to be made into a wig for a cancer patient. Cynara also raised more than $2000 herself for the cause.
