Well that’s it from us for another week and we leave you dear reader with a new video from arguably the greatest singer-songwriter Australia has ever produced (with the possible exception of Barry Humphries). ‘Hello Melancholy, Hello Joy’ is taken from last year’s album “Fever Longing Still” which AUK’s Graeme Tait waxed lyrical about at the time of its release. As Paul notes, “It’s based on the memory game where you turn up cards to try and match pairs. Children are always much better at this than me!” A fact that I can attest to from my son’s matching pairs Spiderman game which is not helped by every superhero looking basically identical.
