Henley Homes and Villawood Properties have once again collaborated to create their Good Friday Appeal home, pictured below. Beautifully built and styled, every dollar they make from selling this fully furnished home will go directly into supporting the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.

The home was designed by Henley, with the land donated by Villawood. This is the 33rd year of Henley building and donating homes, and the 46th Royal Children’s Hospital home. Since its inception, the Good Friday Appeal Home has raised $20.3 million, and through Henley’s wider philanthropy program, a total of $36.9 million has been donated globally to support vital causes.
Villawood donated a 512sqm block for the double-storey home. It’s the Juno 352-D38 design, with four bedrooms and multiple living areas.
The home features a grand master suite, dedicated study spaces, walk-in-robes in all bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry, a ground-floor theatre, and more.

The success of the Good Friday Appeal Home is made possible by dozens of volunteer trades and suppliers who generously donate their time, materials and expertise to bring this home to life.
Tindi Sorbera, general manager, marketing, Henley Homes, says: “The Good Friday Appeal Home is a true labour of love. It’s humbling to see so many talented volunteer trades and suppliers come together, year after year, to support such a worthy cause. Every nail, every brushstroke, every hour worked contributes to life-saving care at The Royal Children’s Hospital.”

“Auction day is a celebration of community spirit. We cannot wait to meet the family who will call this their home, knowing their generosity will help change the lives of countless children and families.”
Rory Costelloe, executive director, Villawood Properties, adds: “Everyone knows someone who has needed The Royal Children’s Hospital. That’s why this project is so close to our hearts. It’s about coming together to give back and make a real difference.
“Each year, a small army of trades and suppliers pours their time, skill, and passion into building a home that not only changes the life of the buyer but also supports life-changing medical care for kids in need. We’re hoping for another record-breaking auction result in 2025!”

Rebecca Cowan, executive director, Good Friday Appeal, says: “The Charity House Auction supported by Henley Homes and Villawood Properties is one of the most important fundraising activities in the Good Friday Appeal calendar. This year Henley marks 33 years of building beautiful family homes and Villawood marks 16 years of donating land in the most welcoming of communities. We cannot thank enough the hundreds of trades and suppliers who generously donate their time and resources to this incredible project.”
The 2025 Good Friday Appeal Home is now open for inspection on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, with the auction on Good Friday, 18 April 2025. For more information.
