Cool bath mats are a thing these days. As bathrooms become much less utilitarian and more reflections of our personal taste, many of us are left looking for a stylish bath mat to finish ours off. Well, look no further, as we’ve done the work for you! Here are the best places to buy them online.
You only really need one, unlike a set of towels, so you can perhaps splurge on something a bit special or designer and get maximum impact while still not spending too much. We think they’re a great way to add a bit of fun too. And they don’t have to match your towels; you can contrast and complement!

Sage & Clare
This Australian small business create wonderful, colourful cushions, throws and bed linen, but are perhaps now best known for their Rudie Nudie bath mats, which are so often sold out that you’d better resign yourself to placing a pre-order! They have a few other designs too, as well as towels, robes and wash bags if you want to up the colour and patterns in your bathroom even more! The Rudie Nudie mats are released in new colours each season.

Australian ethical and washable rug brand Ohh Happy Home (no child labour) have some lovely and super plush options, including XL and runner styles. These will really add warmth and comfort to your bathroom, which is often cold and full of shiny hard surfaces.

Of course, it makes sense for the washable rug brands to have jumped on the bath mat wagon and Ruggable is no exception. You can basically grab any of their gorgeous designs in a 60x90cm size and use them an an oversized bath mat.
