Vistra has launched Geni, a new global AI compliance adviser embedded within its new specialist global compliance and expansion platform.
The platform enables clients to incorporate an entity and open a business account in leading jurisdictions, as well as onboard and manage their entire entity portfolio across more than 300 jurisdictions, while Geni provides a single view of all global entities and compliance deadlines, the company said.
