  1. Fortnite 2017: save the world 2018: battle royale gets added 2019: Season becomes a thing 2020: Story modes 2021: Creative mode comes out 2022: big bang event 2023: OG Fortnite comes back for a while 2024: COMING SOON

  2. The problem with Save the World wasn't it's content, it's the fact they took 7 years to develop it. They overshot their window when Zombie Survival games were still the main trend and this is why Save the World was deemed a lost cause. It had so much potential but it was just way too behind the times, Epic would not have been able to make a decent profit on it for as long as they have if they chose to stick with just STW.

Epic made the smartest move they possibly could by implementing Battle Royale, and now ultimately what can be now described as "The Place". Fortnite now has arguably far more potential than Save the World did when it first launched, I just hope one day or another Epic comes back and gives the game a whole fresh new coat of paint with more content releases, game changing features, etc.
Fortnite will need a proper campaign mode to go along with all the other stuff they've got going on and Save the World has the potential to be a pretty solid campaign, let's just hope Epic one day chooses to capitalize on that potential.

  4. I remember when I first watched the gameplay of StW, I fell in love with it and bought the game, then after a week I upgraded my account to Ultimate Edition. Can't believe it's already been 6 Years and I'm still playing StW. Such a very fun and relaxing game for me.
