The What Supp Co Vitamin Patches


[unpaid/sample] I’ve taken a few days to test out the new supplement patches from The What Supp Co. I was going to give the transdermal Dip Out patches at least a week before writing any kind of review but I don’t need to. They’re working for me. Trust me, I’m the biggest cynic when it comes to patch technology – I’ve used patches in the past and felt they’re okay but none have been as profound as Dip Out.

My sleep pattern is dreadful at the moment – definitely an anxiety thing although I can’t say that I’m currently actively anxious. I start to worry about prolonged poor sleep because it can be a builder to the onset of anxiety. But, worrying about sleep is obviously part of the problem and much as I try not to, at the back of my mind is that it’s a warning sign. Usually, I listen to a podcast rather than tossing and turning and wondering when I might fall back asleep and that’s okay but I find myself in the mornings realising that I had dipped into the podcast six or seven times during the night.

I apply a Dip Out patch at about 8pm because it has a 12 hour release and that should see me through the night. I think, in fact, that while the claim is 12 hours, it’s actually longer. The patches contain vitamins, adaptogens and amino acids – Ashwagandha, Valerian Root and Magnesium – and they smell of chamomile.

 

What I find is that while I still wake up, it’s not as frequent, and I fall back to sleep very easily and it’s a deep sleep. One of the unexpected benefits (actually, all the benefits are unexpected, but here we are) is that I wake up so peaceful. It’s quite strange – I am just peaceful. My mind isn’t racing, I’m cosy, calm and happy. Over the course of five nights, with significantly better sleep, I’m really convinced that the patches are working very well for me.

Although Dip Out is indicated for Anxiety, Rest and Calming Down, it’s probably not going touch the sides if you are in a full on anxiety attack. If you’re in a ‘good’ phase and you start to notice the signs – lack of sleep, ears ringing, tingling and over-thinking for example (but everyone’s anxiety is different), that’s probably the best time to start the patches, as of course is any time you are experiencing sleep pattern disruption. I’m honestly so thrilled at how The What Supp Co Vitamin Patches have worked – amazed, in fact – and also profoundly grateful. My sleeps are just lovely, as is the serenity when I wake up, and I feel so lucky to have discovered them. You get 15 patches in a pack for £18 HERE and they’re worth every penny.

There are two other patch options – Protect Your Energy and Recovery Mode – but I know when I’m onto a good thing and I’m not trying them yet while I’m using Dip Out.
