The 2025 Super Bowl is Sunday at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, marking the eighth time the stadium has hosted the NFL‘s biggest event.
Football fans can expect a night of high-intensity play as the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles face off, along with a halftime show performance headlined by Kendrick Lamar and SZA.

The Super Bowl will be broadcast live on Fox, with coverage beginning in the afternoon and leading up to kickoff.
For those looking to stream the game, Tubi is the Super Bowl’s official free streaming partner. Viewers can also stream the broadcast on Hulu with Live TV, as well as DirecTV, Sling TV, YouTubeTV and Fubo.
For viewers with traditional cable or satellite TV, Fox will carry the broadcast nationwide.
Super Bowl 2025 Halftime Show Performance Details
This year’s halftime show will be headlined by Lamar, who returns to the Super Bowl stage for the first time as a solo performer. The rapper previously appeared in the 2022 Super Bowl halftime show along with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Mary J. Blige.
Joining Lamar will be SZA, the R&B singer-songwriter, who will make her Super Bowl halftime show debut. The two artists have collaborated on past projects, including 2018’s “All the Stars,” which was nominated for an Oscar.
Lamar recently took home five Grammys for his Drake dis track “Not Like Us,” including song of the year and record of the year. The hit also won best rap song, best rap performance and best music video.
“Rap music is still the most impactful genre to date. And I’ll be there to remind the world why,” Lamar said after being announced as this year’s headliner. “They got the right one.”
While the halftime show’s exact start time is not fixed, it will begin after approximately 90 minutes to two hours of gameplay, depending on clock stoppages and penalties.
The halftime show is expected to last 12 to 15 minutes and will feature a mix of Lamar’s hits and possible appearances by surprise guests.
In recent years, halftime shows have routinely racked up around 100 million views.
