TD Synnex Maverick has been named Zoom’s first European support services partner for Zoom Workplace and Zoom Phone under the newly launched Zoom Up Services Program.
The appointment positions the distributor as the only European partner authorised to sell and deliver certified Zoom support services, helping its reseller base to unlock new revenue opportunities and provide a high level of pre and post-sales experiences.
The Zoom Up Services Program is a global partner initiative designed to elevate service capabilities in the Zoom ecosystem. It recognises partners that have demonstrated technical proficiency, customer success capability and the ability to scale support across key Zoom products, including Zoom Workplace and Zoom Phone.
TD Synnex’s designation as a support services partner follows a rigorous certification and enablement process, ensuring that its teams are equipped to provide seamless service engagements, technical troubleshooting and lifecycle support.
By integrating certified Zoom support with its existing offerings, TD Synnex empowers its network of AV and IT partners to offer enterprise-grade support for the full ecosystem without needing to build that capability internally.
The new services will be available to TD Synnex partners across Europe, enabling resellers and integrators in all major territories to expand their Zoom solutions portfolio with the added assurance of certified support.
