Easy ingredients make for a super decadent and tasty dip! Use any dippers you’d like from carrots and celery to pretzels and chips! You can also adjust the spice level – even leaving the spice out completely. Enjoy! Diane
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Cooked a chopped Chicken
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese, room temp
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 10.5oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1-2 teaspoons Hot Chili Oil or Chili Crisp paste
TOPPING:
- 5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Lightly grease a 9×9 baking pan and set aside. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, soup, chili oil and spices until well mixed; fold in your chicken. Place chicken mixture into prepared baking dish. In a small bowl combine your crackers and butter, spread over chicken mixture and lightly sprinkle parsley over top. Bake 30-40 minutes. Serve with prepared cut veggies, chips or pretzels.
