Inspection Tour of Tara District Properties in Qld – 1911

Album of views of Tara, Surat, St George, Talwood and Goondiwindi taken during an official inspection tour. Tour led by Hon.E.H.McCartney inspecting Tara District properties for new settlers. Cecil H. Kentish, a commercial traveller and Methodist preacher was the instigator of the move to the Tara District of 200 Victorian families.

The State Library of Qld holds a copy of this album.
