Bith versions shows that its not ALL sister's fault but can we talk about how Two Tall and his gang didn't get ANY form of punishment at all?!?!?!
I found it kinda weird that in the tv version, Cindy comes over again the next day. Perhaps the Bruins offered her to come by so the cubs could apologize for stressing her out. Idk though… if I was horrified by a party like that, I would’ve avoided that house for the rest of my life 😂
Also I wouldn’t mind reading the naked boogie 🤣 sounds like a story I would’ve made up as a kid.
8:01 now I wanna see who can yell “QUIET!” louder, Papa, or the Babysitter!
8:00 8:01 QUIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7:58 Growling….
Poor babysitter
Hey Zak Wolf Do Nick Jr. The Berenstain Bears Curriculum Board
6:54 Soda bottles were used in the book version as cans weren't as popular back then even my parents and grandparents drank *VitaSoy from glass bottles back when it came out in the 1940
*a Hong Kong brand VitaSoy beverage (Translation: 維他奶)
I on the other hand hated the new Nelvana version Berenstain Bears due to lacking in overseas adventure (it is the same company that adapted *Hergé's "Adventures of Tintin into a television show starring Thierry Wermuth as Tintin)
*Only 21 out of 24 books are adapted (Land of the Soviets, In the Congo and Alph-Art were not adapted due to the Soviets unflattering portrayal of russians and the Congo's Racist Content and Alph Art's incomplete status as Hergé had died of leukemia in 1983 before he could ever complete this last adventure)

Also quick question who are Stacy and Karen I don’t remember them from the books were they the shows OC Characters because a lot of the 2003 series feels like boring fan fiction
2:07 the voice acting is just so bad
Rip roaring, Ear splitting, popcorn throwing and soda/champagne/*whisky squirting party I would love that
*Loch Lomond whisky
This book was my brother's favourite
Is it just me or was the teenaged sitter voiced by Alyson Court, because I’m thinking it was her. I recognize her from, “The Big Comfy Couch.”
I made a playlist for you: https://www.youtube.com/user/KWoodsification/playlists?view_as=subscriber
I think the reason the TV adaptation omitted the police was due to it being too harsh.
Ngl your comparison is very entertaining to watch/listen to while I eat my dinner (or whatever the heck i’m doing).
Can you do get the gummies next please?
I haven't seen The Berenstain Bears in a TV Version for years except a game where you collect letters and you come to a sleeping bear.
Yeah a other Berenstain Bears compares video 🙂
It was nice to see Papa Bear as the voice of reason for once in this episode. I'm really not a fan of the "Women Are Wiser" and "Bumbling Dad" tropes. And don't even get me started on "Men Act, Women Are"… Although, to be fair, in real life, the mother bear is the primary (if not the sole) caretaker of the cubs, so I guess it makes some sense…
Oh goody!
Did you see the journal entry I mentioned you in?
I know this is kinda off topic, but did you by any chance watch A Goofy Movie today for its 25 Anniversary?
i've read the book and watched the show….when i read the book i imagen myself in that wild party situation and with the cops and everything!…also i can't wait to see your next berenstain bears youtube poop
oh and by the way…have you ever compared any arthur books yet?
At least we can all have slumber parties again once we're finally out of this crisis.
9:40–9:50 I also know that episode too well, of course. While it's the first episode of the 1985 series, it was also the first episode of it that I saw (it was on that old VHS, which I rented few times once as a kid).
8:49–9:04 Even think it was just way too harsh, even for just causing a bunch of unnecessary noise. And let's not go anywhere NEAR what Papa does to Brother and Sister in 'Get the Gimmies' (which you use as a running gag in YouTube Poops).
1:46 My family and I just so happen to have a chicken coop in our front yard. At first our chickens would used to roam the yard, but some years ago, someone built a coop for us. Now we currently get most of our eggs from our chickens. Other times we buy eggs from grocery stores, as almost each of our chickens only lay eggs during certain seasons.
It's hard to believe this book was published 30 years ago!
At 12:00, that was some sinister laugh, Zak.
Great video! Can’t wait to see your next Berenstain Bears comparison video!
Well, then again, most of the adaptations in the PBS show are pretty watered down. A good example is the "Get the Gimmes" adaptation.
Queenie was toned down way too much in the show. She’s not even the antagonist of The In-Crowd!!!
Have you done The In-Crowd yet?
Oh, and you think Cindy’s name might be a reference to Yogi’s girlfriend? RIP Julie Bennett!!!
