Avocado Radish on Toast Recipe
Prep Time: 10 minutes  Cook Time: N/A  Servings: 2

Ingredients

4 radishes, thinly sliced

1 lime, juiced

1/4 tsp of sea salt

1/4 tsp of black pepper

1/4 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)

2 slices of toast bread

Preparing Avocado Radish on Toast

1- Cut avocado in half, use knife to cut horizontal and vertical, then scoop out with spoon into a bowl.

2- Cut lime in half and squeeze the juice into same bowl with avocado, add sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

3- Mash avocado mix with fork until relatively smooth.

4- Toast slices of bread.

5- Slice radishes thinly, set aside.

6- Spread avocado mix onto bread, making sure all of bread if covered, top with radish slices and season with salt and black pepper if you like.

7- Enjoy !!!
