Step 2: In a mixing bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and the melted maple butter syrup. Add in vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoon of almond milk (slightly warmed) to help thin out the maple glaze.

Pour in your glaze on the baked goods and let them set for about 15-30 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Top Tips for Success

Tip 1: Let the butter soften or come to room temperature before mixing in the maple syrup. This will help mix properly and avoid overheating the maple syrup in the microwave.

Tip 2: Let the butter and maple mix cool for a few minutes before mixing it in with the powdered sugar. Pouring the hot mixture might create clumps in the mixture. If you find the glaze getting too clumpy or hard, add in 1-2 tablespoon of milk to thin out the glaze to the consistency of your liking.

Tip 3: Do not boil the butter and maple syrup in the microwave. You just want the butter to melt and not heat up the syrup so much that it starts to cook and crystalize.
