The Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Sniper Platoon at 8th/9th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment, participated in Exercise Wolf Crawl in the Canungra Field Training Area, Queensland. The activity was conducted over several days to develop standard operating procedures for reconnaissance patrols including the phases of insertion, infiltration, conduct, exfiltration, and extraction.
